Built in the 15th century by the Boucard family, on the site of an old seigniory which existed in the 11th century, then transformed in the 17th century.
This fortified house with beautiful brickwork stands on the edge of the Sauldre canal, in a pleasant site enriched by a French garden.
There is very fine furniture and tapestries from the 17th and 18th centuries. Blancafort is a private and inhabited castle.
